I’ve been fiddling in Photoshop recently, as my work piles ever higher and I feel the incessant need to create pretty, distracting things. So here, have a pretty girl to look at. I feel vaguely as though she should have a comic bubble, but I’ll save that for another evening.

You could always solicit captions and/or comic speech bubbles from the readership. My caption would read something along the lines of, “She was smiling to herself as she pet his head.” ;)
She’s pretty! Did you hand draw that fabric or steal it from somewhere? It’s gorgeous. (which is not to say I don’t think you could have drawn it, it just looks familiar enough that I’m wondering if it exists in the real world)

I don’t think I could have drawn it, although I appreciate the faith. It is, in reality, a drawn-upon and digitally manipulated piece of origami paper.
